• A Gmail account

• Go to www.blogger.com and click on "Create Your Blog" button. It will redirect you to the login page where you use a Gmail account.

• After successful login, it will ask to choose Profile type, either Blogger Profile or Google Plus Profile.
• Do not make it complex, just go with the Blogger Profile and move further. 

• Now choose your "Display Name" and continue to blogger.
• Welcome to your blogger dashboard. Currently, it is quite simple with very fewer options. Here you need to create your actual blog that will go online. Press the "Create New Blog" button to move further.

• Now its time to choose the best suitable title and URL address for your blog. There are different templates to choose from but you can change any custom theme later that will be more beautiful, responsive and SEO friendly.

• Usually, domains are available at the cost of $10-12 per year. But you can get a .xyz domain only in 130 PKR ($1) for the first year.
• Add your payment method (mostly debit cards and all credit cards are accepted by GoDaddy). Just pay the bill and you are now the owner of your desired top-level domain.

2. Set Top-Level Domain To Blog

This process seems a little bit tricky but believe me, it is really simple and fast process. I'll try to describe the process in deep details to make everything clear and obvious.

• Open your Blogger Dashboard in one tab of browser and GoDaddy account in another tab.
• In Blogger dashboard, Settings > Basic > Blog Address > Edit.

• Now write your complete domain (i.e www.yourdomain.xyz) and press Save button.
• Oops! it is showing error. Yeah, it will because you need to verify that domain belongs to you.
• It will give you two CNAMEs that will be added to your GoDaddy account and task finished.

• Now go to GoDaddy Account > My Products > Locate your domain name and find "DNS" button there.

• Go to DNS Management where you can see two CNAME records are added already (if not, just add it simply)
• Edit both CNAME records one by one. Copy CNAME data from your blogger dashboard and paste it in this GoDaddy DNS CNAME record, accordingly.

• After saving record in GoDaddy account, now you can save your blogger settings with the new top-level domain.
• That's it :-)
